Fox Creek Laboratory & Diagnostic Imaging reopens

May 26, 2023

FOX CREEK — Laboratory and diagnostic imaging (DI) appointments and walk-in services have resumed at the Fox Creek Healthcare Centre as of today, May 26.

Any pre-booked appointments for these services will continue as planned. Appointments may be booked online at QMe or by phone by calling 1-877-702-4486.

Clients who had laboratory appointments cancelled due to the wildfire evacuations received an email requesting they reschedule as soon as possible.

The Fox Creek Healthcare Centre emergency department reopened on May 24.

Patient safety and care remain our top priorities and we are working hard to ensure the community has care available. No additional services are re-opening at this time. Inpatient admissions continue to be paused. EMS remains available to the community and will transport patients to nearby facilities as needed.

The Fox Creek Healthcare Centre was temporarily evacuated and closed due to threat of local wildfires on May 6. We are extremely grateful for our frontline teams, staff and physicians who have come together to support the response across AHS.
